Updated Face to Face visits policy (One visitor per visit & Two designated visitors only)
In compliance with the latest government requirements, we can only allow one visitor per resident per day and each resident may have 2 designated visitors.
From 21 June 2021, TLR will resume face-to-face visitations, with the introduction of Antigen Rapid Tests (ART) for visitors. This is a new requirement where all visitors will need to have a negative result from a self-administered ART test conducted at TLR before your visit. Our staff will provide you with the ART test kit when you arrive for your booking and guide you through the process of conducting the test.
