In view of the recent risks of community transmission, with effect from 2 April 2020, no visitors (eg. caregivers and volunteers) will be allowed to enter all nursing homes including The Lentor Residence so as to reduce the importation risk of COVID-19 into the Nursing Homes. These are enhanced measures the Ministry of Health (MOH) has put into place to ensure safe distancing for all nursing home residents.

Video chats and phone calls are available to all daily. Please email us at [email protected] to schedule the video/phone call. In the email, please share with us your preferred way to connect. WhatsApp, Zoom, Facetime, normal voice calls are available to all residents. Our coordinators will be happy to assist you if you have any difficulties connecting to this service. Video/phone calls are available by appointment, at the time slots below:

a. 10:00am – 11:00am (daily)

b. 2:00pm – 4:30pm (daily)

c. 6:00pm – 7:00pm (daily)
